ios issue

dear support.

we are using Mikrotik routers for customer end. so if any issues comes we used to write to technical support. but their by default answer is upgrade the ios to latest version. but we can’t tell this to customer all the times. please advise regarding to this issue. thanks

IOS is Cisco software. Contact Cisco support if you have problems with IOS.

sorry. i just mentioned as IOS. because i used for that term. but it should be RouterOS. i mean Tika OS.

Probably if you complaining about an issue that is already fixed in latest version then you should upgrade.
