IOS10 Iphone hotspot login page not opening!

Hi,
We are facing issues with IPhones IOS10 with our hotspot as the login page is not opening at all.
It is working OK for older ios versions.

Does anyone have any solution for this issue?

Also we have dns set to .com (e.g. hs.123.com)

Change DNS name to .pt example: hotspot.pt

I have already set the dns to .com (hotsopt.com) why changing to .pt would make any better??

I manage to resolve my issue by changing the DNS to an outside one.
