IOT - TG-BT5-OUT

Hi
Got the TG-BT5-OUT sensor yesterday .. couple of things .. there is a bit of tape covering two holes in the sensor.? Why the holes and why the tape.

Also you made the decision not to allow for battery replacement .. just to let you know there are a lot of customers looking at their green agenda..replacing batteries is one thing .. replacing an entire sensor is another.. .
Magnet activation .. great idea but my sensor came without one . .so I had to raid the kids toys .. for a magnet.

Its a great product .. I can think of use cases for my customers but the above.. makes is a bit more challenging to buy into it

I didn’t know the battery wasn’t replaceable, but guess that make some sense for durability/weatherproofing. I wonder if they can have some recycling program for them, kinda like Nespresso coffee cups go back Nestle.

When you access it using Android app, it says with default configuration, lifetime is 10 years. Also it allows to upgrade it’s firmware.
