IP address changes after trial user login

Hello,

first time working with Mikrotik hardware and I have got a problem.

I have created hotspot with trial user login, trial user is using “tester” user profile like this http://i.imgur.com/0H3jmSO.jpg, with address pool(10.23.2.1-…253). My problem is that after user login as trial his IP address changes from already given IP(e.g. before login laptop IP is 10.23.2.237, but after login it changes to 10.23.2.222 although after checking Internet Options>Status(in Windows) it still has old IP).

After checking IP>Hotspot>Hosts in WinBox, I find out that fields “Address” and “To Address” are the same if I haven’t logged on, but changes after user login like this http://i.imgur.com/UhzsRNX.jpg

What could be problem of this,because I need IP addresses to be static. Is this some in-built feature with trial user?

Does the laptop ip change to a different ip all the time or changes to the same ip?
