hello everybody, if somebody can help me in this question..

so..

i know that

192.168.1.[0]/24

192.168.[0.0]/16

but can anybody teell me if this is right:

192.[0.0.0]/8, if this is not right please somebody tell me /“what” i have to add ip address for this 192.0.0.0..

and if somebody can write some description of ip addresses

192.168.1.1/23 - 1000 ip addressess

but how can i use 2000 ip addresses..
