IP Based Bandwidth Priority

Hi Everyone

Can you Please tell me how to configure particular IP set bandwidth as Priority based on my Mikrotik RB 1016.
For Example:

If i have 100 Mbps LL connection, i have to give 50 Mbps LL connection to a particular Customer and remaining 50 Mbps Bandwidth should be shareable to multiple customers.
How can i configure this?

This is very easily doable using a simple queue however you’d need to give some more details for anybody to give you a meaningful response that you can glean config from.
