/ip cloud Error: request time out

Hi, I have several mikrotic routers directly connected to the internet. Until very recently, the MIKROTIK DDNS worked very well for me, but I have not updated the ip for more than 1 month and when you give it to force update, it gives me the following error
“Error: request time out”
Has this happened to someone else?

Which RouterOS version are you using ? Cloud implementation has been updated recently, make sure you have a new version.

We have lots of routers out there with 6.40.8 BugFix. Is that release effected but this?

What versions of routerOS should be working with IP cloud?

Issue seems intermittent with IP Cloud Service Update and Resolution.

I am also having this problem.
In all my routers DDNS is not working.
Custumers are complaining because they cant connect.
