IP cloud not work ns servers down

Hello!

I got a problem with the Cloud service. The dns servers of it not work.
I mean the ns1.kissthenet.net and ns2.kissthenet.net

Someone know the problem? It stopped or only a problem?

works fine. do you get any errors?

Now it’s come back. Works fine too.

After a reconsideration, ICMP was enabled on NS1 and NS2. Before this post, ICMP was never allowed for ns1 and ns2.
