Yes, as long as you get the public IP directly on your routerboard (ISP router in bridge mode).
If that’s not possible,. as a last resort (not advisable nor best practice) you’ll need to set up the routerboard as DMZ target on the ISP router.
i.e.: you should ensure no firewalling for those ports you want to receive traffic on; once that’s fine you can use your IP > Cloud FQDN on remote Internet devices to reach your routerboard.
