I have a problem in DHCP Lease, there is a problem in the conflict IP that results in the user not being able to get the IP.

After searching through the logs, the problem is in a router that I don’t recognize.

How do I block the router? I have tried by blocking the MAC address but could not get rid of the IP conflict caused by the router.
