Hi, I’m pretty new to the Mikrotik OS and we use them extensivley for wi-fi networks. I have tried to re-enable and old bit of kit that is about 15 meters off the ground so not very accessible. The unit consists of 2 radio cards, one omin 5Ghz and one directional panel 5Ghz antenna. I had access fine from the bottom of the unit until i did a bit of config and then now i think i have created an IP loop between the 5ghz panel and 5ghz directional. Stupid mistake i know but i’m still learning.
I can ping this unit cleanly from the bottom of the mast but can’t get in via winbox or neighbour veiwer. Inssider tells me that it has 2 5ghz outputs both with the same SSID and channel which makes me think the IP loop is contained within itself.
Any ideas on how i can default the unit or get access other than going to the top of the mast and using a serial cable on it ?
