7.17 KILLS my internetconnection because it prefers to delete my static public ip address from my internet-faced router, including the whole interface etc… everything gone…!
And 2 new wAPG-5HaxD2HaxD surprised me, too. They don’t update. NO, they don’t. Not over internet, not with the uploaded package… NO, they just don’t want to.
And no info in the log.
All other devices (2 further APs, a CHR VM and some testing-stuff did their update perfectly).
All devices are in the same subnet, get the same ip config from DHCP, they can ping some IPs in the internet, there’s no firewall rule that could block…
And like I wrote, upload the package and reboot = same version as before.
Am I still just too stupid to follow such an easy task (which I meanwhile did over a hundred times) or is mikrotik fooling me?
I just get “getting changelog” for “stable” version. Testing and beta would find the changelog and I could install them… Just the stable is broken.
