Got a strange situation - ip has been lost from a two different routers, RouterOS 6.5. Client has called and said that no internet connection, after investigation I’ve found that no IP address on wan interface. Same issue was already twice on different router -2011UAS-2HnD and 951G-2HnD. Anyone had the same? Should I wait more?
Strangely enough we have seen the same sort of problem with the 95X series running 5.2x. The problem seem to resolve itself after using Netinstall and upgrading to the 6.x version. So far 6.6 seems to be working really well.
If unit is password protected and log dont show anything

I have more or less similar problem but not with unit config with packages on some SXT units after some time wireless.npk was missing, it was like deleted/uninstalled.
unit is password protected and log do not shows anything. but unit was restarted by a client before I went there so probably my support output I sent to mikrotik’s support will show nothing…
