IP phone and IPSEC

Hi! Mikrotik 2.9.46. I have IP phone Mitel 5224 with DHCP. I need connect it to remote gateway (not Mikrotik) over IPSEC. I have only gatway IP address and preshared key.
Please help me. Thanks.
