ip scan to text file

Hi
Need help. I want to perform an “IP scan” to a specific ethernet interface and specific Network IP but want to save the output to a text file. Need your help. How can it be done with commands inside “New Terminal” ? Thanks in advance.

Think it will be something like

/tool ip-scan address=12.34.56.78 interface=ether1
