I have a question on ip/subnet issue.
A network on ip 10.10.1.1/29 on the ether-1 (internet) 192.168.0.1/22 on ether-2 (lan) network is having problem of accessing sites with https:// please what could you think is the problem of this network?
If you change the network to 192.168.0.1/24 (ether-2 lan network) you browse https:// site.
The network setting is on mt routeros level 6 with at list 700 users.

Check your firewall to see what you might be blocking. Also if you are running a proxy, check those rules.
There’s not enough information in your post to really begin to help at all. If you want more help/information you need to at least provide:

/ip route print detail
/ip address print detail
/ip proxy export (if you are running a proxy)
Network diagram and a accurate description of what you have seen also will help.
