I am new to MikroTik and I have a setup of an IP PBX “IPECS LIK50B” (192.168.1.100) from Ericsson-LG. Until resently I used remote SIP extensions by having some ports forwarded on my router (TCP 5004(SIP) & UDP 7000 - 7315(RTP)). Recently I have installed a Mikrotik router (hAP Lite) and did the same port forwarding but I have no voice. My SIP softphone connects and registers on the PBX but when I try to make a call, I have no voice.
The difference I use now with the Mikrotik router is that I am using 2 WAN interfaces, one for the Internet connection and one for a SIP Trunk connection. The SIP Trunk is working perfectly within the office. Before using the Mikrotik I was using one router for the internet connection and another router for the SIP Trunk connection. So using only one router for both interfaces seamed like a good idea, but the voice problem that I am getting from the remote extensions is really annoying and if it cannot be solved then It cannot be installed at a customer site.
It would be nice to have some help with this matter so if anyone has some experience about this please let me know.
