iPhone CNA Not Triggering

Hello!

I have MikroTik with hotspot (it doesn’t matter with the default config or redirect to the external page), I have a several iPhones, with the same version of iOS (the last one), some of them captive are triggered, others aren’t. And from time to time the captive still opens, but an Apple.com opens in it. With Walled Garden I tried several options, just left it clean. Help, a month can not find the cause.

Has the issue been going on for a while? What kind of Mikrotik and OS firmware version?

Also, I have roughly about 3000+ Mikrotiks and I dont have that issue. I use a hotspot as well.

Hello! I tried on different Mikrotiks, like rb2011, rb951, 750, ccr1009… Firmware is 6.43.7. And previous versions too.
Can you show your hotspot config?
