IPoE and some VLANs

Hello,

I have looked into so many tutorials, but I got confused and not understand what goes wrong, but it does not work for some reason.

What I want to make:

Use MikroTik router instead of the ISP router.
The problem is that I need to put some devices (depending on MAC) in a VLAN and move them out of the router.
Then I need to set on remote location another MikroTik router + 2 pwrlineAPs to connect additional devices that need to be placed in the same VLAN.

What I manage to do is make 1 router + 2 pwrlineAPs to connect and all have CAPsMAN and they all work.
The problem is:

  1. How o set them to switch to best signal CAP depending on the signal.
  2. How to make the two routers communicate over the internet IPoE.
  3. How to make on the pwrlineAPs to put devices on VLAN depending on MAC
  4. All traffic from that VLAN to be moved to WAN of the first router.
