IPs assigned to VPN and LAN IPs cannot see each other

Hi everyone,
I configured VPN PPTP server with a secret and this secret is assigned IP from the same network as the internal LAN but when I login with the VPN I cannot see the LAN machines. Any idea how to setup so they can see each other?

Can you ping the router from VPN?
Run traceroute to a LAN ip! Where to the packets go?

Well, the local devices are not aware of the VPN-client connected to the bridge.
Either you set your LAN-facing interface to proxy-arp - which I wouldn’t recommend at all, or you assign a dedicated IP pool in a different range for VPN users.
The router will do the rest.

I can ping the router but nothing else.
If I try tracert to an internal IP I don’t see anything after the internal IP assigned to the VPN user.

I tried adding another address pool but no luck - still cannot see the LAN IPs

Do you have any interface related firewall rules?
