Hi all,
Please assist as I am experiencing a very funny issue. I have setup an IPSec tunnel between my v5.2 Mikrotik and a Checkpoint FW maintained by someone else. We eventually got it working, but as soon as it comes up, I get disconnected from my winbox session. no idea why! Can’t ping or access the mikrotik using any of the interfaces. I see the below entry in the log file just after the reboot. there are entries for each of my ip’s assigned to the mikrotik.
ipsec debug unbind :ffff “ip”
It looks like when the tunnel comes up, all the ip’s are “bound” to the tunnel, dropping my connection. Only way to gain access again was to reboot FW. Any idea why? I can’t find anything on the net.
Regards,
Tertius.
