IPsec failure: The policy is invalid!

Hi all
i am new to Mikrotik world and trying to setup an IPsec site to site tunnel from my RB 450G to Juniper Netscreen

the problem is when input this i get an error: failure: The policy is invalid!

/ip ipsec policy add src-address=192.168.4.0/24 dst-address=10.2.33.0/24 action=encrypt tunnel=yes sa-src=202.162.219.77 sa-dst=144.140.77.193


help would be appreciated

It must be conflicting with an other policy, on its self, it seems ok.

Does ‘default’ proposal exists?
