IPSec from EC2 with NAT 1-1

Hi!
I have been trying to connect to a site to site Cisco VPN server with no success. I get:

phase1 negotiation failed due to send error.

I know that the fact that my VM with Mikrotik has a private IP that is a Static NAT with a public IP can add some complications.
Can anyone guide me please on how to proceed?
I can post any export that will help.

You didn’t use this public IP address that you don’t really have in router’s IPSec config, or did you? Because that could cause send error.
