Ipsec + L2TP (0.0.0.0:1701)

Hi,
i have problem. I have two mirkotik: RB1100AHx2 L2TP-Server and RB1100AHx2 L2TP-client
When i connect from l2tp+ipsec to server, connection not work: have log → l2tp: sent control message to 18х.16х.18х.9х:1701 from 0.0.0.0:1701 (not ack)
When i connect from l2tp to server, connection work: have log → l2tp: sent control message to 18х.16х.18х.9х:1701 from 19y.20y.14y.5y:1701
→ l2tp: rcvd control message (ack) from 18x.16x.18x.9x:1701 to 19y.20y.14y.5y:1701

where is the problem?

Probably has nothing to do with “0.0.0.0” in the logs. Most likely IPsec connection is not established. Start off by verifying there are active connections under IPsec Active Peers and Installed SAs menus.
