I have followed these instruction but cannot get it working.

I have also tried to get the tunnel up between the Mikrotik and a Linksys RV042. I can see the Linksys sending broadcasts to the Mikrotik (not with the Cisco) but the tunnel will not come up.
Can anyone help? I need to get this working within the next few days. Consultants for hire are welcome.
