  1. Start MMC:
  • [Win]+[R]
    type mmc
    press [Enter
  1. Add IPsec snap-in
  • Console->Add/Remove Snap-in (or just [Ctrl]+[M])
    Add->IP Security Policy Management
    Add
    Finish
    Close
    OK
  1. Configure one of existing policies or make your own
