ipsec mk to mk timeout

I havent posted in years so please help me out, how do i print out all the infor you guys need to help me.
this is a site to site vpn ipsec connection beetwen 2 Mirkotics running 6.47.7

the packet is retransmitted by wan.52.xxx.xxx[500].
phase1 negotiation failed due to time up WAN.xxx.xxx.xxx[4500]<=>WAN.XXX.XXX.XXX[4500] fbab3b963f2fa6d6:5ce2a21a749ff952

ok, for anyone that has had this issue, a mikrotik reset fixed the issue, apparently old rules or something in the configuration was messing with l2tp,
