IPSec, site to site - best option ?

Hi Guys,
i’m after advice here, we are just setting up our second office, and want to be able to access some servers/printers in both offices.

Primary office where most equipment and users are is running Mikrotik RB2011UiAS v6.32.2 and the new office will be running a RB750UP which has not been configured at all yet.

#1 (primary office) is running a 192.168.10.x range, and #2 (new office) will be running a 192.168.11.x range (I guess).

BUT - is this what we want, or the best way to achieve it?
I basically want 1 big network over 2 locations.
