Cant ping from Mikrotik terminal by computer name only by IP address, but from PC i can ping only domain controler? Same network
any ideas?
Are you able to give us a bit more information about this please? A supout would be great as well 
please remember that all tunnel links etc credentials would be viable as well as public IP addresses ETC.
To clarify the issue, the Mikrotik can ping the PC through the tunnel but the PC is unable to ping the mikrotik back? Are you using the tunnels IP when pinging from the PC or another? If you are using the tunnels can you please do a trace route so we can see where the packet is being dropped but if you are using another IP on the Mikrotik I would that you need to add a route to that address on the MIkrotik with the gateway being the tunnel address.
As for pinging by name I’m not sure that is possible without adding static DNS entrys on the router or using a script to add hostnames as a static DNS entry.
Just to cover all basis if I have misunderstood your issue and its that you can ping across the tunnel from each end but are unable to go through the tunnel and ping a lan device please turn on proxy arp on your lan bridge and it will work.
