IPSEC VPN Problem.

I have a vpn tunnel between a mikrotik and a pfsense. From the network behind the mikrotik (192.168.1.0/24) I can ping the remote firewalls lan gateway 192.168.3.1 but I am unable to ping any other deivce address on the 192.168.3.0 network. Do I need to create a rule of some kind to allow this and where do I put it?

I had same issue when I added static route to remote LAN. But you know when IPSec tunnel establishes ROS knows remote LAN network without any static route.
