what does it do, and why do you need it?
I can shape packets per second and it stops DOS type attacks, P2P induced latency and such but it makes the internet choppy. You get all your packets in the first /14 second and them spend 3/4 of a second with no connection then it repeats, every second. Works but is kinda a dis disjointed experience for the user.
Fuzzy uses a fuzzy logic controller to shape the packets per second but it does it more randomly so that it keeps the surfing and such smooth.
This is all becasue 802.11b runs best below 200-400pps.
