I purchased a RB1100AH and I’ve noticed that each port has IPv6 address by default. Is there a way to disable this as I am not using IPv6 on my network or can i safely ignore it?

Which version of routerOS is it running? If the addresses start fe80 they are link local addresses so only visible to other devices on each “link”. If they are different from that then could this router have been configured elsewhere? If any IPv6 address is active you should check the IPv6 firewall and make sure that you have a drop all input rule and a drop all forward rule there. You can add other rules when you want to use IPv6.
