IPV6 client not getting address

Hello everyone,
I have the following problem with my Mikrotik RB2011, running 6.32.2 - I started the IPv6 client but the status stays non stop on searching:
[TTT@MikroTik] > /ipv6 dhcp-client print detail
Flags: D - dynamic, X - disabled, I - invalid
0 interface=ether1-gateway pool-name=“test-ipv6” pool-prefix-length=64
prefix-hint=::/0 status=searching… duid=“000300014c5e0c0b0f0b”
add-default-route=no use-peer-dns=yes

I tried witk my laptop connecting on the same cable where the Router is connected - and I receive IPv6 immediately. Obviously this is a Mikrotik problem. Can someone help please?

Thank you in advance

What do you know about your DHCPv6 server? I mean, if you connect your laptop, it will ask for address, while DHCPv6 client in RouterOS will ask for prefix. Server might be configured to hand out one but not the other.

Turns out m provider had to supply me with a different modem (Telenet Belgium). Now works fine
