IPv6-Client tries and tries and gets stuck in error state

I have a CCR2004 that seems to keep looping on getting DHCPv6-PD Address and Prefix.

It goes through the cycles but always ends in Status Error and the logs showing the last message as

”couldn’t acquire address/prefix”.

From previous logs it does look like it receives the address/prefix but is unable to commit the configuration in RouterOS?

Then goes a few cycles and reaches.

What is the config on for the CCR2004 dhcpv6 client and what OS version are you running.
