Ive upgrade to 5.10 which has fixed a problem ive had for ppp ipv6 from my isp
i have assigned my internal pc an ip from the block given by my isp
i can ping any ipv6 OUT from internal computer but i can get zero traffic inbound to that ipv6 address
i cant ping from a remote server to my ipv6 pc, only out, or run a server for that fact
Is this a firewall problem, its a very basic setup i have

check firewall. Usually it is either not working at alr or works. try to do traceroute6, to see where it stops.
