IPV6 limit method

Hi：
I know through NAT IPV4 can join list to do limit the network interconnection of the Internet.
Just like this topic friend say : http://forum.mikrotik.com/t/home-controling-blocking-connections/57694/1

So if it is IPV6? Because I am not see NAT in IPV6 menu.
My country IPV6 environment here is not perfect,.
I want to limit the computer connected IPV6, set the cell phone(Android) can’t connect IPV6.
Can pass through like MAC or join a List of ways to do?

Don’t know anyone know how to set?

Just create a list of specific forward rules, then drop the rest

Have thought, but each device IPV6 address is different.
Don’t know how to solve it.
Because I have to use some devices IPV6, some device is not required.
