IPv6 support needed

Hi, one of my customer is going to implement a transparent QoS box built using mikrotik routeros.
One of their concern is whether they will be able to migrate to IP V6 with this box in few months. So far my knowledge goes, mikrotik does not support V6 for queues. What is the work around?

Thanks and Regards,

Sudipta

this is a list of features in RouterOS that currently support IPv6:
http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/IPv6_in_RouterOS:_overview_and_examples

as for workarounds - maybe somebody else can answer?

Thank you Normis. I have already seen this.

In the clent’s installation only the following modules are being used.

  1. filter
  2. Mangle
  3. Address List
  4. simple queue
  5. Interface bridging
  6. graphs

The article in wiki does not speak about supporting the above things in IPv6. Supposing that currently these are unsupported, can we get a projection when these will be taken care of- after how many months? This is important because for this region, the telecom authority wants to migrate to IPv6 within December next year.

Thanks and Regards,

Ipv6 filters, mangle and address-lists are already supported. Queues will also see IpV6 packets.
