IPv6 - websites not loading

Hello,
I decided to implement IPv6 on my home network.
My router is a Mikrotik 2011UiAS. To implement IPv6 tunnel he.net. Earlier, I used it with other network configurations, and encountered similar problems.
It works without a problem only a few of them: google.pl, facebook.com, youtu.be.
The rest of the pages or awfully long time to load or not working at all.
There also operates the connection via FTP.
I know I can turn off the new version of IP, but I would like to find a solution to the problem.
This is not a problem with the DNS, because ping is working properly.

What could be the reason for such problems?

Too paranoid firewall setup => blocking ICMPv6 => path MTU discovery not working => MTU problems => websites not loading?

Just a guess…

I tried to disable the firewall completely, but it did not help.
I do not know what might be the cause.
Why do some websites work?

####SOLUTION###
Sob thank you for targeting the problem of MTU.
The problem occurred because I connect to the Internet via ADSL +.
MTU assigned by the ISP, is 1432 so 68 less than the standard 1500.
So I had to set up a tunnel from the standard MTU of 1480 - 68 = 1412. This is what I set it in the configuration of the tunnel on the website https://tunnelbroker.net/.
