Is cloud available on test license?

I am trying out the CHR test license and for some reason my dynamic DNS does not update:

[admin@SunGate1] > /ip/cloud/print 
          ddns-enabled: yes
  ddns-update-interval: 5m
           update-time: no
                status: updating...
[admin@SunGate1] >

According to the docs, the demo/test license should still include all functions.

Is that right?

If not, how can I debug what’s going wrong?

Seems updates are just not happening. I have internet access. How can I debug this?

My mistake, apparently now you do need a license to use Cloud
