IS-IS metric LSP metric change?

I have two routers with uplinks and the IS-IS instance in both with l1.originate-default=if-installed ..
Other routers only show one of these and they are selecting the wrong one by default. I tried setting a out-filter-chain setting the distance but no effect.

  1. Why does /ip/route/print not show both IS-IS routes, only The Chosen One?
  2. How can I tweak the distance of a route that is advertised over IS-IS to make one route preferable?
