Sometimes my RB1100 suddenly get cpu 100% but will back to normal about a minute. Is it software bug or hardware issue?
When cpu 100% theres no decrease to performance, everything is ok, no restart.

that is too old device, maybe is the time to replace it.
Can we see your firewall, do u have fasttrack enabled?
High load on the user-manager process for so little traffic.
Is UM secured from outside access?
Are you running MetaRouter?
Can you please share the config: /export hide-sensitive file=anynameyoulike
Don’t forget to remove any personal/privacy information.
Do you have any script running/anything scheduled?
