Is it possible? Hotspot and regular wlan on the same device?

Hi,
I was just wondering, is it possible to set a virtual wireless ap besides a regular wlan and use it as a hotspot on the same routeros device?

Basically, I have a small local retail shop in wich I use a RB951Ui-2Hnd with a regular wireless private SSID and would like to create a second virtual SSID, open wich sends clients to our facebook page where we have daily special offers? Can I do this with a regular virtual wlan and some redirecting script or is it much more complicated and would need a hotspot for this?

Something like this

RB951
SSID1 - ShopWireless (private, for staff)
SSID2 - Welcome to our shop (or other name), open, for customers. When they connect I want them to be redirected to our facebook page.

yes, absolutely. just make virtual ap and treat it as another wlan interface( assign ip and run dhcp and hotspot)
