Is it possible to downgrade or upgrade only dhcp package?

My hardware is CCR1009-8G-1S-1S+ and upgraded OS from 6.20 to 6.24

I guess I have some problem about dhcp after upgrade OS from 6.20 to 6.24
(refer to my topic http://forum.mikrotik.com/t/problem-logged-out-lost-dhcp-lease/84646/1 )

So I want to downgrade only dhcp package back to 6.20.

Is it possible to downgrade dhcp package ? and how?

Just copy file dhcp-6.20-tile.npk to my board and click downgrade, is this correct solution?

all packages are connected and need the same system version.
