Hello, I have a question regarding pptp tunnels and port forwarding. Is it possible to forward a web from my pi4 (client) to a pptp server hosted on a vps in order to use it’s ip instead of my router’s ip?

Yes (most likely).
So you have pi4 connected behind your MikroTik router, and you want this router be PPTP client to remote server, and route traffic from pi4 via this tunnel, right? If so, just connect the VPN, create new default route in new routing table, with VPN as gateway, and add routing rule for pi4’s source address and make it use the new routing table.
