Is it possible to Skip ftp trafice from bandwidth counter?

i Have FTP file server behind mikrotik. all clients can access it after login hotspot or pppoe.
But mikrotik also counting the trafice goes to ftp server.

is it possible to skip FTP trafic from trafice limit counter E.g file server ip is \1.2.3.4

how can i skip from counter the trafic goes to ftp server.

if i allow 40GB trafice in hotspot. the client use only ftp trafice and they got limit eror.

So kindly guide me how to skip this trafic goes to 1.2.3.4 ip address
