We have RB2011UAS-2HnD device which is taking over 1000 IP address assignments every day. The router working less than month but already have more than million Sector writes.
No bad blocks so far but we are really concerned about the internal flash.
Is it possible to store DHCP leases on external Flash?
When using Radius for DHCP does the DHCP server still using internal flash for the DHCP leases?
Is there are any ways to reduce the number writes to the internal flash by DHCP server?
Normis: Is there a way to tell what process is writing to the NAND? One of my RB2011s has a couple of writes every second or 2, but the rest don’t. Not sure what is actually doing the writes.
