Is it possible to upgrade from 5.16 to 6.37

Hi,
I have a RB2011U that is on Version 5.16, I would like to upgrade it to Version 6.37.
The reason is that I had purchase a new RB2011UAS-2HD-IN as a backup unit incase this 2 year unit breaks down. I believe the new unit is already running the new Version or at least version 6.x.
Will all my configuration be maintain when I do the upgrade.

I would go to 5.26 first, and then 6.37. I often do this on client routers - though if it is core/edge routers/switches then tsk tsk what took so long :wink:
