I’ve this question, is it possible with Mikrotik to save internet traffic of my subnet into a external syslog server somenthing like proxy logs or connection tracking logs?
Some ideas?

You mean to save a log file of pages that each user visits? you need to use transparent proxy, and then enable webproxy logs to an external syslog. The syslog server can be some freeware windows program, or more complicated stuff like the MikroTik Proxylizer. It depends on what you need
