Hi all,
As new as new can be to this, but need your help…this is the second unit I’ve had from Amazon and this one is exactly the same…plug it in, no lights on the unit? Just 1 green led on the supplied cable (Ethernet and 12v dc)
Unit is a Microtik Groove GA - 52HPacn

Maybe the leds are not configured as you could expect so you can configure them as you need.
Do get any LED’s coming on during the boot (first 20 seconds after applying power)?
Have you tried another cable between the Groove and the POE?
If you connect your Groove directly (no router between Groove and computer) to your computer ethernet does the computer indicate that it sees a cable connected?
Down load Winbox.exe from the software page at Mikrotik.com if you have a PC or google for a Mac version of Winbox. Try to get Winbox to find the Groove when connected directly to your computer ethernet.
