is RB5009 support cable test?

As the title says.

Try to break out of the no-reply T_T

The command runs, and it provides a link status. But no “cable-pairs” output, which is what I presume you’re looking for… in which case you’ll need to wait for an official reply from MikroTik support team. It works on my hAP ac though, so the function is definitely implemented in ROSv7. Hopefully just a driver issue of sorts

[admin@router1] > /interface/ethernet/cable-test numbers=2
    name: ether3
  status: link-ok
-- [Q quit|D dump|C-z pause]

Seeing the same functionality with my RB2011UiAS-2HnD-IN (r3, RouterOS v6.47.9). Web interface shows a “Cable Pairs” section, but it’s empty. Wiki doesn’t say anything about version of “cable-test” with limited functionality.

No, it does not - https://help.mikrotik.com/docs/spaces/ROS/pages/8323191/Ethernet#Ethernet-DetectCableProblems
